In addition to the general administrators of the platform, permissions can be given to other people to administer a certain process, to collaborate in it or to moderate when there is content that has been reported.

Process admins can configure/edit the process, while collaborators can only see what's in the process admin menu, they can't configure/edit.

To register the administrators, collaborators and/or moderators of a process, in the submenu of the process, go to Users of the process and click New/go . The New user screen of the participatory process opens.

We are working on a system of administration roles that allow editing individual participatory processes. For now, our recommendation is that you can have the administrator role to be able to edit the processes you are responsible for.
