In addition to the general administrators of the platform, permissions can be given to other people to administer a specific process, to collaborate or to moderate when there is content that has been reported.

Administrators of a process can configure/edit the process, while collaborators can only see what is in the process administrator menu, they cannot configure/edit.

To register administrators, collaborators and/or moderators of a process, in the process submenu, go to Process users and click New . The New participatory process user screen opens.

We are working on a system of admin roles that will allow you to edit individual participatory processes. For now, our recommendation is that you have the admin role to be able to edit the processes you are responsible for.
