In addition to the general administrators of the platform, permissions can be given to other people to administer a particular process, to collaborate on it, or to moderate when there is content that has been reported.
Process administrators can configure / edit the process, while collaborators can only see what's in the process administrator menu, they can't configure / edit.
To register administrators, collaborators and / or moderators of a process, in the process submenu, go to Process users and click New . The New User of the Participatory Process screen opens.
We are working on a system of administration roles that allow individual participatory processes to be edited. For now, our recommendation is that you can have the role of administrator to be able to edit the processes for which you are responsible.
